• Messages and enquiries will be answered when staff are available - please be patient
• We aim to respond to all messages within 24-48 hours during business days

4. Bookings and Reservations

When making table bookings through our system:

• Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by staff
• Please arrive on time - tables may be reallocated after 15 minutes
• Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance where possible
• Repeated no-shows may result in booking privileges being suspended

5. Online Shop and Payments

When purchasing through our shop:

• All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable
• Payment must be received before orders are processed
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary
• Please refer to our returns policy for product-specific terms

6. Spin the Prize

Our "Spin the Prize" feature is a promotional activity where:

• No Payments Accepted: This website does not process any payments for Spin the Prize tickets
• Ticket purchases must be made in person at the club venue
• All draws are conducted fairly and winners are selected randomly
• Prize details and terms are displayed on each draw page
• The club reserves the right to cancel or modify any draw with appropriate notice
• Participants must be 18 years or older (or accompanied by an adult)

7. Membership and Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use

• Your personal details (email address, contact information) are kept strictly confidential
• Regular members can only view public profile information (usernames and display names) of other members
• Email addresses and personal contact details are hidden from all regular users
• Only administrators (Admin and Manager roles) have access to member contact details for legitimate club management purposes
• We will never share or sell your personal information to third parties without your explicit consent
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time

12. Payment Security and Financial Data

Your payment security is our top priority. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your financial information:

• No Storage of Card Details: We do not store any credit or debit card information on our servers
• Third-Party Payment Processors: All card payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways (PayPal, Revolut) that comply with PCI-DSS standards
• Encrypted Transactions: All payment transactions are encrypted using SSL/TLS technology
• Zero Access: Your card numbers, CVV codes, and banking details are never visible to any club staff or administrators
• Order Information: Administrators can view order details (items purchased, delivery address) for fulfilment purposes only, but never your payment card details

13. Information Visible to Other Users

When you create an account and interact with the club website, other members can see:

• Your chosen username or display name
• Your profile emoji (if set)
• Your messages in the public chat (if you choose to participate)
• Your member role (Player, Organiser, Staff, Manager)

Other members cannot see: Your email address, phone number, physical address, payment information, order history, or any other personal details unless you voluntarily share them in public chat.

14. Response Times

Please be aware that responses to messages, bookings, and enquiries will be provided when staff are available. We operate during standard business hours and aim to respond to all communications promptly. For urgent matters, please contact us directly by phone during opening hours.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. Please review these terms periodically.

16. Governing Law
